In time fittings can work loose and the doors can drop causing them to scrape on the frame. We assess what needs to be adjusted to leave your door opening and closing with ease.

A simple test to see if your lock is broken or if the doors are out of alignment is to open the door and turn the lock with the door in the open position.

If the bolts work and the door locks then the lock is ok, it just means the doors are out of alignment

If the lock needs replacing, we carry a large stock of locks in the van.

If the doors only need realigning, we adjust them and leave them running smoothly.

We carry a large range of handles in the van so can easily change them.

Unfortunately, sometimes your doors may have been poorly fitted.  Many doors are installed with the frame out of level and the glass incorrectly packed causing the doors to drop and scrape. We can level your frame, adjust your doors, toe and heel your glass correctly and leave your doors opening and closing with ease.

Your door closer may just need adjusting, sometimes door closers fail and the hydraulic fluid leaks out. The hydraulic fluid slows the spring down so without it the door slams shut. We can supply and fit all types of door closers.

Sealed units can break down causing them to mist up, or the glass can be broken by accident or burglary. We can replace your glass with a like for like unit.
